Diva Art Group has been a Logic Replace customer for 10 years. Divart Tickets was a major update to the custom solution we developed.
This custom solution provides a messaging system allowing buyers, sellers and Diva Art Group to communicate using tickets within their user accounts. Users can also respond to tickets directly by email and the responses are maintained with the topic thread.

This custom project is a good example of how Logic Replace can deliver a complex development. The solution needed to be fully integrated with any users email account. The system needed to read incoming email ticket updates and to append to the correct thread.
