MyPrescriber is a healthcare organization that operates a complex business process. The process involves several stakeholders, including the internal administration team, clients, and patients. The organization used to manage its operations using Excel spreadsheets, emails, and paper notes.
However, this approach was not efficient, and it led to several challenges, such as errors, delays, and miscommunication. As a result, MyPrescriber decided to look for a more streamlined and automated solution to manage its operations.
MyPrescriber approached Logic Replace for assistance in improving their business process. Logic Replace worked closely with MyPrescriber to understand their existing process and identify areas for optimization.
After thorough analysis and discussion, Logic Replace recommended the development of three web portals – an administrative portal, a client portal, and a patient portal – to streamline the process and meet the business requirements. The Logic Replace team then created a wireframe to visualize the process flow and obtain feedback from MyPrescriber. Once the wireframe was approved, the Logic Replace team proceeded to code the three web portals, ensuring that they were secure and met the specific needs of MyPrescriber.
The new portal comes with various interfaces to enhance their client interactions. The system includes SMS, client signature capture, invoicing, and payment processing interfaces, providing a seamless experience for both clients and the company. The SMS interface allows for easy communication between clients and MyPrescriber, while the signature capture interface ensures that all required signatures are collected accurately.
The invoicing and payment processing interfaces allow for quick and easy billing and payment processing. However, due to the system’s high level of privacy, we can only display website images to showcase its functionalities. Nonetheless, MyPrescriber has expressed delight with the system’s implementation and the benefits it has brought to their operations.
