Retail Staffing Solutions (RSS) is a professional organization that specializes in providing staffing solutions to retailers across the United States. With a team of highly skilled and experienced merchandisers, RSS offers a range of services to help retail clients manage their stores more effectively.
The team of merchandisers at RSS is carefully selected and trained to meet the specific needs of each client. They are responsible for completing a variety of tasks, such as restocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring that products are properly labeled and priced. The merchandisers work across multiple stores within a local metro area, allowing them to efficiently complete their tasks and provide top-quality service to each client.
In addition to its core merchandising services, RSS also offers a range of other staffing solutions to help retailers manage their operations more effectively. These include recruiting and training new staff, managing payroll and benefits, and providing HR support.

Previously, RSS had been relying on manual entry and management of data using Excel spreadsheets for their day-to-day operations. However, as the organization grew, it became increasingly challenging to maintain and update these spreadsheets in a timely and efficient manner. To address these issues, RSS identified the need for a secure, web-based portal that would allow for centralized management of their operations. The aim was to streamline their processes, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency.
Logic Replace and RSS worked together to gain a thorough understanding of the business process. This involved analyzing the needs, requirements, and goals of the admin portal, merchandizer portal, and client portal. Based on that, we created detailed wireframes showcasing the visual design and user interface of the three portals. We paid special attention to the functionality and usability of each portal, ensuring that they were intuitive and easy to navigate. The wireframes served as a blueprint for the development process, guiding the team towards the final product.
We undertook the development of a comprehensive solution that encompassed numerous complex functions such as time recording, task assignment, invoicing and reporting, among others. After putting in considerable efforts and testing the system thoroughly, the outcome delighted our client, RSS. However, due to the private nature of the system, we are only able to display a few website images as a representation of our work.
